During her career as a legal counsel and professor of finance, Vanessa Bernard-Nélidow had long found that there was an unsatisfied need in those fields for translations combining technical and linguistic skills. It was in response to this observation that she founded Financial Word in 2006.
Since its launch, Financial Word has been backed by an extensive network of former financial and legal professionals who have put their expertise to work as translators.
